Cancellations by You

• Cancellations 7+ days before the event: full refund minus processing fees.
• Cancellations 3–6 days before: 50% refund or reschedule credit.
• Cancellations less than 72 hours before: non-refundable.

Cancellations by Us

In the rare case we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
